Delivery

We currently ship products Australia wide. Our delivery partner Australia Post help us get our products to you.

We process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Once an order is processed, we’ll do our best to dispatch orders on the same business day or the next business day.

We ask for your patience as this handling period may vary, for example, if we have a high volume of orders.

If we accept a return of any goods, risk in those goods will revert to us on our confirmation of receipt of the returned goods. We recommend you insure goods you return to us against loss or damage in transit.

Returns

As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

CONDITIONS
We will provide a full refund, exchange or store credit for all full price items that adhere to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, unless they are deemed faulty.
We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.

You can send an email to hello@lim8less.co with your return request and then you will be provided with further instructions from our team within two (2) business days. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original condition.

Once received, we will assess your return and if in compliance with our return policy, approve your refund, exchange or store credit.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES
If you have purchased an item and you are not happy with it (wrong size/colour), you may return the item and exchange it or obtain a store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date, subject to our returns policy.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery, please contact us at hello@lim8less.co as soon as possible with your order number, photos and relevant information regarding the issue.

Once investigated, we will provide you with further instructions in returning the item to us at no additional cost to you.

After receiving and assessing your return, we will arrange a replacement to be resent out to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
